How about a realistic estimate on when your production server will be producing again?
Sure would beat these tickler estimates that continually waste our time and ruin our already low confidence in your server management abilities. |

Seriously. Be realistic. I'd like an honest estimate of when you actually think your crap is going to work. Checking server status SIX f-ing times is getting a bit ******** (sorry to all the handicap people, but its true). I love your game, but sadly there's things that people need to do in real life as well - help us plan around your incompetence by giving us an honest realistic estimate. |

i REALLY hope whoevers brilliant idea it was to deplay such a tricky patch during the regular downtime, will get ALOT of punishment(preferably of physical nature). Well it would be impossible to setup a downtime that is good for everyone. For example here in Japan the DT is 8pm. so on days like this most of might aswell not even login.
Starting maintenance (or at least patches that they haven't tested deployment of), just a few hours earlier, would without a doubt be during a time with statistically far fewer logged in users. FAR FEWER. But hey, no one wants CCP to have to wake up early. We just want them to test their ******* deployments. |

I'm actually happy they aren't posting here. That increases the chances that they might actually be working on it. Not that they don't pay people just to post, though. Maybe if they paid people just to run the servers?
